Since we launched Palette Scout, we've loved watching our community put their decks to work. Choosing yarn, planning a quilt, building an outfit, you name it—wherever a color decision has to be made, Palette Scout is there to help. Here are a few recent Instagram shares from our community, showing Palette Scout in action.

Daylily, Buttercup, Amber, Ibis, and Flame came together for one seriously joyful outfit, and we are obsessed. Chelsea proves that a little bit of color theory in the closet can be a fun, stylish, and playful way to get dressed.

By @halwalkermusic

Artist and musician Hal Walker used a hand-picked Palette Scout palette to bring this mandala-inspired gouache piece to life, and the result is mesmerizing. Warm terracotta, dusty blue, and a golden center play together beautifully, resulting in a piece that feels both nostalgically familiar and distinctly modern.

Dana shared this behind-the-scenes color planning moment on her Instagram story, laying Palette Scout cards alongside yarn from @purlsoho to map out her next project. Mustard, rust, blush, and teal—we can already tell this one's going to be a stunner.

A well-loved art table, a set of Pentel oil pastels, and a spread of Palette Scout cards — this is exactly what color exploration looks like in practice in the studio of Laura Sobrado. We love watching a palette take shape before a single stroke hits the paper.

Quilt Dreams

In a reel from Happy Hour Stitches, Lindsay Mayland shared how she used Palette Scout to design five possible colorways for her Out of the Box quilt pattern. This is a perfect example of how important color selection is when determining the overall vibe of your finished piece, and how many options there are to explore! One pattern, endless possibilities.
